IDD-Parts is a fast growing, international organization that supplies spare parts for the repair, service and maintenance of many brands of industrial sectional overhead doors, high speed doors, docking systems and pedestrian doors. This includes panels, springs, motors, cables, hinges, rollers, etc. We currently serve the European market from our facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom and France. Additionally, sales are done out of Poland, Sweden and Italy. To help us to achieve our ambitions and to become a market leader in supplying spare parts, we are expanding our Marketing team and looking for an Online Marketeer.
IDD-Parts is part of Sectional Doors & Components (SDC), part of the business segment Industrial within ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems.
You will be a member of the Marketing Team of IDD-Parts and you report to the Marketing Manager of IDD-Parts. In this position you will be based in Barneveld, the Netherlands.
What you will be doing
As an Online Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
Furthermore you:
Implement and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote IDD-Parts’ products and services
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for various online platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, etc.)
Optimize website and landing pages for maximum conversion and user experience
Utilize SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
Monitor and analyse key metrics to measure the success of online marketing campaigns
Stay up to date with the latest online marketing trends and technologies
Organize customer events (on- and offline)
Collect market insights and ensure relevant information is shared with key stakeholders
Participate in change projects related to e-business (web shop, marketing automation, NPS)
Ensure close cooperation with the sales organizations
Manage relationships with external parties (agencies and free-lancers)
Implement of brand standards and safeguarding correct usage
What we are looking for
Fluent Dutch and English language skills (mandatory), German and/or French are a plus
A Bachelor education or equivalent, with a strong marketing/ digital background
Experience in a marketing role with a technical product offering
Experience in a wide arena of marketing tactics
A strong appetite for data and insights, to drive data-driven decision making
Strength in project and stakeholder management
Worked in an international setting and with remote stakeholders
Strong presentation, communication & computer skills (Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, MS Office, CMS & CRM)
A hands-on and collaborative mentality and a creative, entrepreneurial and, last but not least, an enthusiastic mind-set
